Dixie's Story
Sweet senior alert!! 10 year old Dixie is the calm, gentle, quiet companion you've been looking for! She is such an angelic kitty - so kind and well-mannered without a mean bone her body. While she may not be a "lap cat", she loves to have her head petted while she keeps you company. She is very low maintenance, prefers dry food and has perfect litter box manners. Dixie originally came to us with a horrifically painful mouth, requiring all of her teeth to be extracted. After her procedure, she immediately became a new cat - happy and comfortable once she was no longer suffering. She gets along wonderfully with her fellow feline friends in her foster home, so would do fine in a home with other cats (though we'd probably recommend not placing her in a household with cats who would bully or roughhouse with her), but would be okay as a solo pet too.

This pet is altered (spayed/neutered), up to date on age appropriate vaccines, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, dewormed and microchipped. An adoption application must be submitted and approved prior to scheduling a meet and greet appointment: www.felinefinecatrescue.org/adopt.
