Upon first meeting I come off as "shy" but like I said, it's all an act. I will quickly adapt to my new home with you and be following you around in no time. I typically talk to you if you are prepparing my meals, or you talked to me first. I was taught that we can't leave the conversation hanging! When I chat before meal-time, I think of it as a type of cheerleading: encouraging you to hurry up, but also softly maintaining your attention. I would like to emphasize that I am very courteous and respect your sleepy-time, so I don't meow when you are resting. I like to cuddle at night, sometimes you won't even notice I was there all night until you wake up. If you prefer space, I understand and will comfortably sleep on a chair nearby. I just don't want you to feel lonely, so I like to stay close in case you need some love.<br/><br/>Something I want to tell you about is the mouse-on-a-string toy. The mouse is very intriguing when it is still, the perfect time to pounce! It also makes it easier to play. If you swing the toy around, you will witness incredible aerial tricks that I have been practicing in my free time. If you leave the mouse on the ground, don't be surprised when it disappears and I take it to my secret lair. I have to keep an eye on it if you don't! Also, I am an avid hunter, so be sure to tell any pests to skidaddle before I come home. Need someone to take care of that bug?
