She was found emaciated and near death under a car, then lovingly nursed back to health by animal control. Once she came to Humane Haven, we continued helping her regain her strength, confidence and sparkle. Now DIANA is healthy, happy and ready for the forever family she has always deserved.<br/><br/>This sweet girl has such a gentle, loving personality. DIANA is friendly, social, calm and quiet, with a chill nature that makes her easy to love. She enjoys being near people and will rub against your legs when she wants attention. She looks for pets, loves to be brushed, and rewards affection with lots and lots of purring.<br/><br/>And as it turns out, DIANA is also a wonderful lap cat! She loves to sit on laps, soak up affection and spend quiet time close to her people. DIANA also loves to be held and cuddled, but she appreciates gentle handling. She is not crazy about being grabbed around the belly, so a family that understands soft, respectful touch would be the best fit for her.<br/><br/>When she is feeling playful, DIANA enjoys hanging out in her donut and exploring the tunnel. She has a lovely balance of calm companionship, active curiosity and snuggly lap-cat sweetness.<br/><br/>After everything DIANA has been through, she is more than ready for a safe, loving home where she can finally relax, be cherished and never worry again.
