Diamond's Story

Meet Diamond, a cute patch tabby who can't get enough pets. She had been found in a NE side neighborhood after coming off and on to an apartment complex begging for food and trying to enter for over a year. Posts were made to locate an owner with no response and she had no microchip. Being so friendly she was scooped up and brought to Second Chance.

Diamond, like the Seals and Croft song Diamond Girl, our Diamond sure does shine. She is spunky, sweet, and affectionate. She is curious and loves to explore. Right now she is feeling a little bit overwhelmed by her release into a bigger room but we believe in no time she will adjust quickly.

Diamond would be great for any adopter; single, a couple, or a family. She has a great disposition and is eager for affection. We are so glad to have found this little Diamond in the rough!

Diamond has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Diamond has an approximate birthdate of 01/16/2025. Her adoption fee is $95.

If you are interested in Diamond or any of the cats at Second Chance Cats of West Michigan, go to sccatswm.org/adopt to fill out an application, or stop in during open hours on Fridays from 11-2 or Saturdays and Sundays from 11-4.

Please note - we can only adopt to those who live within a one hour drive of Grand Rapids.

Thank you!
