Dezi's Story

This little lady is as sweet as sugar! She is on the calmer side for a kitten and likes to be held and cuddled, but she is a kitten so she does get energetic and play. Dezi is already spayed, litterbox trained and fully vaccinated. You can’t really tell from the photos but she has orange spots mixed in with her stripes. She is also small for her age and will probably be a petite adult kitty. Stone County Humane Society Inc.'s Adoption Policy

We approve adoptions over the phone by responding to a completed adoption application. Please go to our website schspets.org and complete an online application and someone will contact you. Our adoption fees are $150 for shelter dogs and $200 for Paws in Prison trained dogs, and $75 for cats. We take only cash or check no credit cards. We are open daily from 2 to 5 by appointment only (during the Pandemic). Volunteers are here Monday - Friday from 11 to 5 to answer the phone and help with adoptions.
