Hi there! I’m Dexter, a handsome dark-gray tabby boy who first came into rescue when I was just a tiny baby. Now I’m about seven months old and really coming into my own — confident, curious, and a little bit independent in all the best ways.<br/><br/>Most days you’ll find me perched in a sunny window watching the world go by, batting around toys, or taking a good nap (or three). I’m pretty good at entertaining myself, but I do love my people. Usually once or twice a day, I decide it’s cuddle time — that’s when I crawl up next to my humans, snuggle in, and enjoy some TV, warmth, and love. I’m not clingy, but I definitely appreciate affection on my terms.<br/><br/>I get along well with other cats and even small dogs! I like a little time to settle in — usually a week or two — but as long as everyone respects my boundaries, I’m happy to share my space and become buddies.<br/><br/>I’m neutered, up-to-date on all my shots, and of course litter-box trained.
