Destello <br/><br/>**AT HUNTERS KITTEN LOUNGE**<br/>M, 7 years<br/><br/>Destello is a big, handsome boy who has been through a lot in his life, but he is nothing but a smushy, loving baby! As you can see his eye area is a little abnormal looking. This was due to a head injury, but he has recovered beautifully! Once he feels safe, his loving personality truly shines which is where his name comes from.<br/><br/>When Destello opens up, he becomes incredibly affectionate. As soon as he is approached he wants all the love. He will ask for pets nonstop, rub himself against his human again and again, and give sweet little head bumps. He absolutely loves Churu snacks and all treats really, which have helped him gain confidence and feel safe. Sweet Destello is also learning how to play with toys and discovering that playtime can be fun. Every day he grows a little braver and more relaxed.<br/><br/>Destello's ideal home would be a quieter one that showers him with nonstop attention. He can adapt to older kids and dogs who are more laid back. With other cats he is fine after proper introductions. <br/><br/>Destello did test positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but is overall healthy!
