She’ll need a patient, gentle hand to help her feel safe and loved in her new surroundings.<br/><br/>She can be a little wary of men and new experiences at first, but once she trusts you, her sweet, affectionate personality truly shines. With people she bonds with, she loves to snuggle—sometimes even curling up under the covers for a cozy nap.<br/><br/>Here is an update from Desi's Foster:<br/>"Desi is making remarkable progress. She is now integrating into the household, eating well and exploring the house on her own volition. She seems much more comfortable and will join the kittens to get a bite or two of food. She no longer appears to fear my brother and actually seems to enjoy the company. Desi has made great strides over the past few weeks, which should make her more adoptable to those who want an older, loving cat."
