Depot's Story
Depot was rescued from the parking lot of a, you guessed it, Home Depot in Brooklyn.

She is just about nine months old and has been loving life with her foster mom's resident cat, but it’s time to find her a home of her own.

Depot was pretty feral when she was rescued, and it has been amazing to see her transform from a cat that hid under the bed to a cat that comes when called and asks for pets.

Depot needs to be in a home with another cat, though it is not known how she would behave with dogs. If children are gentle and patient with her, she will eventually befriend them!

She likes to sleep in bed with her foster mom and her brother cat, and will follow her Human around. She's not yet a lap cat, but loves company and attention. She will even fetch her toys and loves her scratching posts.

As a bonus, she has the silkiest fur which is such a pleasure to touch, and she makes the most adorable chirping noises when she is feeling friendly and playful.

Are you the kind affectionate human she needs to love her forever?

Please fill out my adoption application if you’d like to meet her.
