He's fully litter trained, enjoys playing with string toys, scratching posts, and-most of all-snuggling after a good meal.<br/><br/>Decker takes insulin shots twice a day like a champ, and in return, he'll fill your life with warmth, charm, and love. To become a foster, fill out a dog or cat foster application on the Twin Cities Pet Rescue website: www.twincitiespetrescue.org . There is little to no cost to foster an animal. Twin Cities Pet Rescue provides its foster families with food, supplies, and veterinary care for its animals.
