Darla's Story

Darla is a member of a litter of tiny siblings who were once wild and feral rascals happily rescued by a United Paws foster and given a loving home. Through patience, skill, handling, care, and love, this bonded litter has thrived. They have adapted beautifully to their foster home which includes one child, four adult cats, and one adult large dog. Although they prefer a quieter environment, they are used to the everyday noises of a busy household. They enjoy human company and love treats and food!! Darla would love to go to a home with her brother, Porky, if you have room for two!

Darla is sweet but feisty, with a beautiful coat of fur. She is described by her foster as “the Princess.” Well, she knows what she likes!! She loves pets and snuggles (on her time) and especially loves fleece blankets in a round cat bed. Darla loves toys and climbing. This beauty would do well in a quiet home with a patient and trusting human. She is still learning how to relax, especially while being held.

To learn more, please visit unitedpaws.org or email unitedpawshelp@gmail.com.
