A wonderful person took her in and nursed her back to health. Sadly, her eyes couldn’t be saved—but Danni never let that dim her spirit. She spent her early years living with her rescuer but the rescuer has so many dogs that Danni was most often in one room. So her rescuer reached out to us in order to give Danni a better life. Danni is now ready to find her forever home.<br/><br/>Danni is a calm, affectionate girl who adores snuggling on a soft blanket—or even a pile of fresh laundry. She’s happiest when she’s curled up beside you, soaking in gentle pets and quiet companionship.<br/><br/>And here’s the wonderful part: living with a blind cat is no different than living with a sighted one. Danni navigates her foster home beautifully. She handles stairs with ease, hops up onto beds and furniture, and confidently explores her surroundings using her other amazing senses.<br/><br/>Currently fostered with other cats, Danni does well with calm, friendly feline companions, though she’s perfectly content keeping to herself most of the time.<br/><br/>This lovely girl is truly a gem—low-key, loving, and ready to fill her future home with warmth, softness, and snuggles. All animals are placed on a foster to adopt basis. All animals are in foster homes and we have no facility or shelter. There will be home visits and reference checks of all adopters and fosters.
