Danielle's Story

Meet Danielle!

This brave little sweetheart is Dani - a two-month-old, short-haired tuxedo kitten with a heart as big as her personality! She was born with a rear leg deformity that will eventually need to be amputated when she's big enough, but Danielle has no idea she's any different!

She zooms, climbs, and pounces with her foster siblings, full of kitten energy and determination. When playtime's over, she melts into your arms for snuggles, purring contentedly as if to say, "See? Nothing can slow me down."

Danielle is proof that resilience comes in the tiniest, furriest packages. She's looking for a forever home that will love her just as she is - playful, brave, and endlessly affectionate.

She is currently too small for her spay surgery so until then she is available to go home with you as a foster to adopt. Her $100 adoption fee covers her spay, all necessary vaccines, and microchip, and when she is ready her amputation.

This sweet kitty is looking for a forever indoor-only home where she will be loved, safe, and never declawed. Open Sands Kitty Rescue loves to honor our past and present military, healthcare workers, first responders and teachers with a discount- please inquire.
