MY STORY:
Dandelion was one of 12 cats and kittens abandoned in an apartment. Luckily, PETS was notified before the situation got really bad. All the kitties were safely removed and all have found homes....except for sweet little Dandy.

Dandelion is a quiet girl that takes a little bit to warm up to a new environment and new people. She's the kind that takes everything in before making a decision on whether or not to trust you, but once she does, she goes all in. She's not a big fan of being picked up (we can respect that; some of us like our space) but she welcomes petting and brushing. Bring out the brush and you have a new best friend. Dandy had an entire mouth full of bad teeth that were causing her much pain (the vet couldn't believe how bad the were at such a young age!) and every last one of them needed to be removed. She is fully recovered from her dental surgery and doesn't let the fact that she is toothless bother her in any way. She can eat dry food without issue but will never turn down some canned food as well.

Dandy may take a little extra patience to settle in to her new home but she loves other kitties and would absolutely love to have feline friends in her new home. She also did well with the dogs in her former foster home. She definitely rocks her classic (swirled) ginger tabby and white coat (and that orange coat puts her in the minority as only about 20% of orangies are female).

Inside-only home and must keep claws. The adoption fee for this kitty is $100. Adopt a pair of kitties for $150. Each cat and kitten has been: altered (spayed/neutered), vaccinated (age-appropriate) - rabies and distemper combo, microchipped, tested for FeLV (negative unless previously noted), and treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms.
