Dakota's Story

Dakota is an amazing little feline! He is new to Colorado as he just recently hitched a ride in the engine of a pickup truck of friends who were returning from a trip to South Dakota! When the vehicle was safely in the garage, he started making his presence known with cries for help, and a Forgotten Felines volunteer was dispatched to coax the kitten out of the engine. His ordeal didn't phase his personality and he quickly bounced back from what must have been a terrifying experience for a small kitten. He is outgoing, affectionate, playful and extremely sweet.
