Dahlia's Story

Meet sweet Dahlia....she is a total sweetheart but she is very scared and needs a quiet home where she will be given time to come around. She is being re-homed due to issues with the other cats in the home. The cats gang up on her and she is scared and nervous. The best thing for her is to be re-homed. She loves to get attention...she loves being petted and wants nothing more than to be sitting with you getting your love. She will hide for some time and needs someone willing to just sit and talk to her while she adjusts. She would be fine with no cats or with a cat who will just leave her alone. She currently lives with a dog in the home and the dog and her get along just fine. Are you patient enough to give this girl a chance? You won't regret it.

Our cats are located in Foster homes and raised as part of our family. If interested in adopting from Fixing for the Future, please submit an application and someone will get back to you. Our rescue kitties are spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, FeLV/FIV tested, dewormed and given monthly flea and tick prevention.
