Curly's Story
Curly is a Domestic Shorthair brown tabby and white cat who is looking for a new home! Curly was surrendered to the shelter as a stray, so we do not know his history. We've come to learn that Curly is litterbox trained and gets along with other cats. We are unsure how he behaves with children, dogs, or small animals. Curly is a little bundle of energy, eager to investigate and discover new things. He has proven to be an adorable, playful, and cuddly boy! If you are interested in meeting Curly please give us a call at 419-294-4477 Ext. 3 from 9AM-5PM to schedule an appointment!

WCHS Adoptions are a 2-Step Process

Step 1— Visit our shelter! (Appointments Required)
The animal of your choice will be reserved for you at the time of scheduling. (Prospective adopters may be shown multiple animals, subject to availability.)

Step 2— Pick up your new pet!
Pickups are generally 3-5 business days after completing adoption paperwork at your in-person appointment. This allows HOPE Clinic time to prep your new pet for their forever home, including spay/neuter surgery (if not already fixed), a microchip, vaccines, and other care depending on the species. Once the animal is ready, we'll call you to coordinate pickup! (Pickup times are generally in the evenings.)

*Return Policy: If an adopter cannot keep an adopted pet for any reason, the animal must be returned to WCHS. Because of our strict return policy, adoptions to homes more than 100 miles away will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
