Legendary Acres Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

It is very easy to set an appt. to meet our available kittens, please reach out, call or send a message 810-844-1846. We are available just about anytime of day by appt 9am-8pm. Same day appointments! We are located on Hacker Rd. in Howell. Just minutes from US 23 and M59. We'll send you our address upon confirmation of an appt. time. Legendary Acres Animal Rescue places animals in safe, loving, and appropriate homes. Potential adopters must complete an application and may be asked follow-up questions about their household, current pets, animal-care experience, and plans for the pet. Adoptions are approved based on the best match for the animal and adopter, not solely on application order. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Meet-and-greets are scheduled by appointment at our rescue in Howell, Michigan. We generally cannot hold animals. Adoption donations vary and help cover veterinary care, spaying or neutering, vaccinations, food, housing, and continued rescue efforts. Cats and kittens are normally spayed or neutered before adoption. If an animal is placed before surgery due to age or an approved circumstance, the adopter must agree to complete the required veterinary care.
