Cucumber is part of the salad kit group of kittens that all came in around the same time. He and his siblings and mom were trapped in Windber. His mom will be spayed and released while the kittens work on becoming more socialized and adoptable.

Adopters have to complete an application that includes personal references and a veterinary reference. I have volunteers that check on the references, and we confirm that they have properly vetted prior pets. They also have to detail other pets in their current household, and confirm that they will not declaw.
