Crush's Story
Crush
Male
Orange Tabby
MRQ# P8-25-3
DOB: 7/7/25

Crush came to us as one of a litter of six they were just 5 weeks old. Born at the start of July within an industrial warehouse district, their feral mother was caring for them well until she was unfortunately killed by a car in the middle of the night while out hunting for food. Despite the rough beginnings, all six have grown into beautiful healthy kittens, and are looking for their forever homes!

Crush is our little runt turned gentle "giant" (compared to his previous size). When we first transitioned him to wet food from formula he had a hard time getting the hang of it and would "nurse" his meat. He quickly got on board with eating solid foods and is now a happy, big bellied orange boy, with a very gentle and observant nature to him. While the other kittens are flying around the room, Crush will often be sitting in a corner, fully entertained by the antics in front of him without having to join in. When the antics come to him, he's fully ready to play, and will never turn down an opportunity to wrestle with any of his siblings.

He's not timid, and seems to enjoy time with adults and kids alike. He gets along well with other cats and has exposure to living with a dog as well. If he likes you, you will definitely know as he has a purr that's so strong it may register on the Richter scale at times. He loves pets, from his head to his tail, and enjoys being picked up and held close to the chest. He's not a fan of being alone, to the point where if he happens to wander into another room solo, he'll sad meow until one of his siblings or foster parents is back in sight.

He's an absolute sweetheart, calm and quiet, yet always ready to play, and he'll bring a brightness and warmth to any home.

He has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and flea treated.

If interested in him, please email us at office@meoowzresq.org to schedule a meet and greet.

****Or you can apply for him directly online at https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/MRQ/Cat

Personality traits
Is litter box trained
Great for first-time cat owner
Great for a family with children
Has been around other cats
Has been around LARGE dogs
Has been around SMALL dogs
Has been around small children
Is a mellow, laid back kitty
LIKES to be held
LIKES to be picked up
Is used to having nails trimmed
Would be happiest with a buddy
Siblings: Leia and Luke (also available for adoption)
Is this kitty Special Needs?
No
Dry Food
Fancy Feast Kitten
Wet Food
Vibrant Life Kitten
