These is nothing cruel about this Cruella! This sweet & petite 2 y o female FELV+ kitty was surrendered by her owners to TLC and arrived in our store on 3/2. Cruella needs to be an only kitty or adopted into a home with other FELV+ cats. Stop in and meet this cutie!
