Crook's Story

Crook is a sweet kitten who can be a little shy at first and may startle at loud noises or sudden movements. Because of this, he's looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue building confidence.

Once he feels safe, Crook really enjoys being pet and cuddled and will reward you with happy purrs. He tends to warm up to people with a little time and loves having gentle affection once he's comfortable.

Crook loves wand toys-especially the ones with bells-and will come running when playtime starts. He gets along well with other cats and enjoys feline playtime. Crook does have a funny front leg, but it doesn't slow him down or bother him one bit. He runs, plays, and keeps up just fine.

Crook also has a noticeable overbite. Right now it doesn't slow him down or affect his eating, but it will be important for his future family to keep up with regular veterinary checkups to make sure it isn't impacting his mouth or teeth as he grows.

All RCCR kitties are started on vaccines, microchipped, fixed, and dewormed.

We recommend adopting kittens in pairs-they learn, play, and grow best with a buddy. Plus, we offer a discounted adoption fee: $125 for one or $200 for a pair.

Our volunteer team reviews each application, so please allow up to a week for a response. Thank you for your patience.
