Cricket's Story
Adoption: ADOPTABLE - After Knee Surgery
Sex: Male
Age: 8 Months (August 2024)
Color: Flame Point Siamese
Demeanor: Sweet and Gentle and Playful
Home Life Needed: A home with another cat or two that will be gentle and loving towards Cricket.

About:
Cricket is a very sweet and meek baby boy. He just wants affection from all humans. He is in line for a life changing knee surgery that will help him get his mobility back and start his thriving life! He came in at only 6 month old already needing dental work and this knee surgery, so you know it wasn't a good situation for him to start out. But he is in rescue now and we are going to get him all fixed up and he is already so much more comfy on meds and he gets all of the wet food and pets he could ever want. We are looking for a home with another cat or two that are just as sweet and meek as he. We want a comfortable life from here forward for him.

Found:
This sweet boy was one of many that we have pulled from a mobile home. Two ladies living in the home were trying to help by pulling cats/strays from outside to keep them safe. Without vetting and spay/neuter, the numbers started to multiply and sickness started to spread. The home had no litter boxes and was a rough place to see.

Cricket was one of the first to be pulled. He was in hiding for days before he finally started to explore. He has started to really come out of his shell and love attention, sleeping on the bed and playing with springs. His back legs seemed deformed when he arrived so we did X rays to find his knee cap in one leg is completely disconnected. He is getting set up for surgery to get it all squared away.

Cricket has finished all normal vetting, the last thing is knee surgery to insure he is completely healthy.

***Please note we DO NOT respond to 'interested' or 'inquiries' as we tend to not receive responses from those. If you are interested you can start by filling out the adoption application.
