COUNT CHOCULA's Story

My name is Count Chocula and I am a black domestic mediumhair. I am an intact female (I will be spayed before I am adopted) and I am 1 month old. I am at the shelter because I was found as a stray on 10/14/2025. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a high energy cat and I can live with an owner with no prior pet owning experience. I do not have a history of trying to escape the home, but the shelter staff always recommends owners be mindful that I do not accidentally sneak out on their way out the door. I can be good with men, women, and children. I can be good with other cats and I can be good with dogs. My foster home had this to say about me: Count Chocula is gentle soul with a heart full of sweetness. Her quiet, calm, demeanor makes her a joy to be around, and her playful, affectionate nature is contagious. She will make a beloved presence in any household.

In order to better serve our adopters and ensure our animals remain healthy and happy, our animals are available for viewing by adoption appointment only. Adoption appointments are scheduled once an application has been submitted.
