Cotton is the friendliest and most affectionate kitty. He likes to get in your lap and even gives hugs. He is a talker and will tell you all about it! This sweet boy is good with dogs and other kitties and just wants a home that will smother him with love. Cotton needs to a home that will offer lots of love AND be ok with him being outside only; he had cryptorchid surgery (which is where they go into the abdomen to remove a stuck testicle) and because of this, he still sprays. Cotton has unfortunately been adopted and returned twice because the adopters wanted him to be inside but he sprayed and they didn't like that. So he will need to be outdoors only but still receive lots of love and affection because that is what kind of kitty he is. This happy guy will make your life complete.
