Cotton is a little beauty with hypnotizing blue eyes that are hard to say no to. She takes her time to warm up in new situations and may come off as an introvert at first, but once she gets comfortable, you'll get to know her sweet and extroverted side! She loves the company of humans, and will roll around and purr with affection when she's pet. She gets along well with other cats and did well with dogs in her foster home. When Cotton is at her most comfortable, she can be found out and about in the center of the action, looking for hands to pet her and toys to play with. <br/>If you've got room in your heart and home for this little lovebug, Cotton would love to meet you!

Contra Costa Humane Society's Adoption Policy

CCHS has animals available for adoption through a number of different avenues. Many of our kittens and all dogs are cared for in loving foster homes until they are adopted. Teenage, adult, senior and special-needs cats reside at Kitty Corner, an on-site, private cat shelter where cats are allowed to free-roam at all times, lounge in sunny windows and on comfy cat towers, and play to their heart's galore. Similarly, we also have animals available for adoption through our Re-Homing Assistance Program, where we help to advertise animals that caregivers are no longer able to keep. If you are interested in meeting any of the animals listed on our website, please complete an adoption application unless otherwise noted! Our business office and Kitty Corner are located at 171 Mayhew Way, Suite 101 in Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Kitty Corner houses adult, senior, and special-needs cats (sometimes teenage kittens).
