Cosgrove's Story
Meet Cosgrove, a handsome 5-month-old male who has mastered the art of the "kitten balance." Cosgrove is a relatively chill guy who loves a good lounge session, but don't let that fool you--he still gets plenty of those famous kitten zoomies! He is a very active and playful boy who is often found intertwined in a cuddle puddle with his siblings, though he is just as likely to seek out his humans for some one-on-one attention and chin scratches. Cosgrove is a true team player who thrives on companionship. We advocate for kittens to be adopted in pairs because having a kitty buddy is essential for their growth. A companion provides the mental stimulation, exercise, and social feedback that kittens need to thrive; they teach each other how to play fair and keep each other comforted when the humans are busy. Because he loves his siblings so much, Cosgrove would love to be adopted with a sibling or go to a home with a friendly and active resident cat. We will only consider an "only cat" adoption if someone is home most of the day to provide the consistent interaction a kitten of his age requires. This affectionate boy is ready to find his perfect match! To ensure he stays happy and secure, any children in the home should be at least 5 years old and know how to be gentle with him. He could also likely live with a cat-friendly dog, provided they are introduced slowly and with plenty of patience. If you're looking for a playful, snuggly, and well-rounded companion, Cosgrove is waiting for you! His adoption fee is $250.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats.
