Cosette's Story

Cosette was abandoned with her three sisters at Oregon Gardens at four weeks of age, found
by the Garden Staff and entered into foster care. She
obviously had been well cared for and was trusting of humans. Cosette is very social and plays
with the dogs and cats in her foster home. She loves her toys and often carries them in her
mouth. In the evening, she snuggles with her foster parents on her favorite blanket.

Cosette is active, bright and confident. She has a beautiful multicolored tortoise shell, short haired coat
and one white toe. Cosette needs a home where she can run, play and interact with animals and humans.

$75 adoption fee.

Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit. Application requests can be made by emailing Silverton.Rescue@gmail.com

We do not have a shelter. All our rescues are in foster homes.

The $75 adoption fee per cat insures that all cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), microchipped, vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP (feline distemper), dewormed, and have a current treatment of Revolution (to prevent pesky fleas).
