Cordelia's Story

Meet Cordelia!
She is our heart murmur/heart defect rescue. Cordelia is around 3 years old and thriving in her foster home. She is playing, gaining needed weight, and taking daily pills without issue. (She does get treats after she gets her pills!). Her coat and paws look so much healthier than they did when she arrived. And, she is a chatty girl! She is always chirping and meows if she thinks she's been ignored for too long. She loves people and hasn't met a stranger.

We didn't know what to expect when she arrived with a 5 to 6 heart murmur and a heart defect (ventricular septal defect with a .43 cm hole in the septum). But she's doing well, so she was spayed and made available for adoption! If you have a soft spot for heart kitties, Cordelia may be the cat for you.

Right now, Cordelia does not like other cats. At all. We are hoping her spay will calm down her hormones so she can break free from her dedicated foster room and she can join the other cats in her foster home.

If you dont have other cats, and you would like to add a beautiful house panther to your family, please consider Cordelia!
