Cora's Story

Cora is a pretty calico/brown tabby domestic short hair female. This lady is 14 years young and sports a striking calico tricolor coat overlain with some tabby marking. Don't let her age fool you, she is very active and lively and most people think she is a much younger cat. She is a sweet girl who loves gentle pets and cuddles. Cora came to PFC when her previous owner .could no longer care for her. Cora is up to date on her shots, spayed and microchipped. She is hyperthyroid and has early stage kidney disease, both handled easily with medication and diet. We do know she would not be compatible with a dog. Cora is available for either adoption or a long-term local foster situation. As a foster, you supply the home and love and PFC handles the vet bills and medications. Are you an angel who is willing to give this lovely girl a second chance at a loving "fur-ever" home? Why not come in to meet her?

To meet Cora at PFC you must have an application on file with us and been pre-approved to adopt a cat. Our adoption hours are intended for pre-approved adopters. An application for pre-approval to adopt can be picked up at the shelter during adoption hours or sent by email to be filled out and brought in. Once you have been pre-approved, you are welcome to come to the shelter during adoption hours to be shown the cats.
