Coquette's Story

He is approximately 2 years and 3 months old.

Coquette is as full of personality as he is full of fluff. Equal parts goofy and gentle, you’ll find him sleeping, exploring the room and chasing catnip toys or flopping over dramatically for belly rubs. Coquette is one big foodie, he absolutely loves his treats and would come running to you whenever he hears the snack bag crumple.

Coquette can be shy and jumpy at first and may need some extra time to settle in, but once he trusts you, he’s endlessly affectionate. He thrives on human company and adorably reaches out with his paw when he needs some attention. He loves being near his people and being talked to like he’s a little prince (because he is!) Coquette has been very stressed when placed in homes with other pets and has been doing very well now that he is by himself, and would do well being an only pet.

What Coquette’s looking for in a home:

- He can get nervous, so he needs a kind and patient guide to help him feel comfortable with new experiences.
- He has lots of energy and will benefit from plenty of active play time.
- He feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
- He needs to live indoors only.
- He prefers to be the only pet in the house.
- He gets along with children.

All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:
$200 per cat or kitten
$350 for pair of cats or kittens
$50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)
Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts

Thank you for your interest in adopting Coquette!
