Cooper was a semi feral kitten when we got him with his siblings. The owner abandoned his mom and siblings. One sibling died due to no water or food until we were contacted about them. He has come a long way. He is gentle and sweet but loud noises spook him. He would do best with a friendly confident cat until he feels safe in his new home.
