Cool Whip (Sister to Biscuit)'s Story

My name is Cool Whip and I'm approximately 3.5-4 months old. My dream forever home would be calm and quiet. I don’t really care for the dog at my foster home. It’s not a deal breaker for me if you do have a dog, but I will probably never want to be friends with them. I am super affectionate and would love to lay on your lap all day. My foster mom says that I have the softest fur that is more like bunny fur than cat fur. I’m independent, sweet, and loving.

I was rescued a few days before Christmas at about 3 weeks old with my mom and 2 litter mates. My mom was being fed by a kind homeless man. When he became ill, our mom was no longer being fed, so we were turned into the shelter. Our foster mom brought us to her home on December 27th. We were so happy to be warm and safe. My foster home has a well behaved/trained 20 pound cat savvy dog. Because I have been in a foster home, I will easily adapt to my forever home.

We typically prefer to adopt kittens in pairs or to a home that has another young playmate, but Cool Whip might like being the solo star of the show! Since she is currently in a Syracuse area foster placement, please complete an application. You can scan or take a picture to email it to info@cnysnap.org. Once approved, we can set up a time to meet.

Link for the application:
https://cnysnap.org/.../CNY-SNAP-Adoption-Application...

Adoption fee is $130 each for 6 months and younger. This includes spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines up-to-date, preventative flea and worm treatment plus tested for FIV/FeLV.
