Cookie Dough's Story

Cookie Dough is a 3.5-year-old female who came to us from a home that had too many other cats. Cookie Dough is going to need time settling in to her new home. She is curious and brave, but still learning to trust. She does great with other cats and would most likely enjoy going home with one of her house mates or a current resident cat. Cookie Dough is spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines. Adoption Fee: $175 If you have already submitted an application with us within the last year, you do not need to do another one, please email adoptioncounselor@mrfrs.org if you are interested in adopting Cookie Dough. We will take inquiries on a first come, first served basis via email. Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society's Adoption Policy

Adoption The MRFRS adopts out adult cats and kittens. All of our cats and kittens up for adoption come with over $500 in veterinary treatment including being: spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and given an overall wellness exam by our vet. All cats come with a 14-Day Health Warranty. Adult cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV; kittens under 6 months of age are tested for Feline Leukemia. Our cats also have a lifetime guarantee of a home with us, should the need ever arise.
