Comet

Name: Comet
Breed: Domestic Long Hair
Sex: Neutered Male
Age: 7 years
Weight: 10.5 lbs
Animal Number: 4694

Chill, Affectionate, Explorative, Floofy

Good with dogs? Not Tested, but he may be OK with a relaxed dog who matches his relaxed temperament.

Good with cats? Comet gets along with the energetic one year old cat in his foster home. He would do best in the company of a cat friend who is less energetic and insistent upon play. Comet enjoys taking some time with his meals, so it’s best to feed him separately from another cat who might push him away to steal food.

Good with kids? Not Tested. Comet seems to like most people, but loud voices and fast movements make him seek the comfort of preferred hiding spots.

Energy level: Low. He enjoys playing with toys, especially string toys, and is a curious explorer, but he really likes his relaxed window seats and slow saunters through his home. He shies away from people and animals that are high energy and simply too much for him.

Animal Characteristics: Comet is a big, chill, affectionate floof with a high speed purr motor deep inside him, under his lovely, long fur. He appreciates brushing to keep his coat healthy! He is often in the bathroom, being gorgeous while enjoying the faucet and chasing waterfalls. He enjoys a quiet, comfortable space and is curious about the activities of people and pets around him. Despite being a bit shy, he does like to explore new spaces. He seeks out love, head rubs and petting, and will sleep with you at night. Comet is ready to illuminate his forever home with his charming purrsonality!

Please learn more about the adoption process and fill out an application at www.pawsco.org/adopt/adoption-process. My adoption fee is $125. You can also contact my friends at PawsCo at adopt@pawscoadoptions.org if you have questions. I look forward to meeting you!
