Coco's Story
On July 25, 2021, when she was just four weeks old, Coco-Allouette and her sister were put into a pet carrier and placed in the street just off the curb. Fortunately a "cat lady" driving past noticed the carrier and thought to check if it contained an animal. This is how Coco found her foster mom and was saved from the street.

Luckily, Coco’s foster mom works from home, so Coco has been spoiled rotten with love and attention.

Her sister went to her forever home in September, but Coco still had the company of her foster mom’s adult cats. She bonded with one of them, but her kitten energy is a bit too much for the others. They tolerate her, though. Coco could live with another cat as long as they click with each other.

Coco was bigger than her sister and the more rambunctious one. This got her the name "Trouble" for a while, but she has grown out of her most wild phase and is now maturing into a nice, fun, and self-assured cat. She loves to play, but once she’s tired herself out – she will even do flips while chasing the feather toy -- she will curl up in your lap to sleep or get under the bed covers with you.

Coco has a beautiful, glossy, jet-black, fur coat, a fluffy tail, and amber eyes. She's not even done growing yet, but it’s clear she's going to be a beautiful adult cat.

Coco has met children and she did great with them. She probably would love to live with some children who would play with her.

Coco is spayed and fully vaccinated, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV (common diseases).

Please consider giving Coco her forever home
