Meet Clove Clove didn't always know the comfort of people. Born to a feral mama and never socialized, he came to us unsure and not a fan of human attention. But with time, patience, and a lot of love, Clove has made such an incredible transformation. Now, he enjoys human interaction and has discovered one of life's greatest joys--being spoiled with wet food (his absolute favorite). Clove is about 1.5 years old, neutered, and vaccinated. He's ready to leave his past behind and settle into a home where he can continue to blossom and enjoy all the perks of being a beloved pet. Rock Springs Animal Control's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fees are as follows: $80.00 for dogs/puppies of any age $20.00 for any cat over 1 yr of age $40.00 for any cat under 1 yr of age All animals will be spayed or neutered and be up to date on vaccinations before they go to their new homes. We perform all of our adoptions by an application process. This process is to ensure a pet ends up in a forever home as well as ensuring all laws and regulations are being obeyed and that the animal will not be returned to Animal Control due to lack of foresight. You are more than welcome to come down to the shelter during business hours and take a look at the animals we do have. They deserve the chance to have a loving home! We are open from 10 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (Closed weekends and holidays)

Our Mission

We are the Animal Control facility for the city of Rock Springs and Sweetwater County. The animals displayed may not all be adoptable, some may be on a 5 day stray hold. If you are missing a pet, be sure to give us a call or visit the shelter during business hours.
