Cloudy's Story

Meet Cloudy!!

Cloudy came to us through another rescue that was struggling with finding appropriate placement for him. Because we deal with seniors and health problems regularly, we were happy to step in. They did their part of rescuing this old man off the street, and our part of his story is to find him a forever home.

We half expected Cloudy to be a potential hospice case based on the information we received. But he has had zero problems in his new foster home. We think his tummy troubles were strictly dietary. Which is great news! Some cats do better on other brands, and it is apparent that Cloudy is one of those cats.

He has suspect IBD, but has had no trouble on Purina Cat Chow, Purina Pro Plan wet and 9 lives wet also seems to be okay.

Cloudy is estimated to be at least ten years old, potentially older, and gets along great with other cats. He really dislikes dogs though, so a house without dogs would be ideal for him.

Cloudy is FIV positive, but can live comfortably with other animals and is no threat of spreading it. FIV still has a bad stigma attached to it, despite the proof that it really isn’t a big deal.

Cloudy is very friendly and easy going. He’s a very good boy ready to find his new forever!
