Cleo's Story

Cleo is a sweet, affectionate girl rescued from a high-risk shelter by Alleycats & Aristocats. She loves attention, meows for pets, and even enjoys being picked up-until she gently lets you know she's had enough!

Cleo has some special needs when it comes to the litter box: she only uses an empty stainless steel box-no litter at all. Since moving into foster care and working with a behavior specialist, she's had zero accidents with this setup. She'll come with her XL stainless steel box and a Pet Academy subscription to help keep her on track. Cleo prefers being the only cat or having very calm home. This sweet, quirky girl is looking for someone just as special-someone patient, loving, and willing to give her the peaceful space she deserves.

Cleo is available through our foster-to-adopt program, as she will need a bit more support than the average cat during her transition. As a foster-to-adopt parent, you'll receive ongoing support from our team every step of the way until Cleo is fully settled into her new home.

Cleo is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, routinely treated for fleas and worms, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm. Her estimated DOB is 11/8/2021.

All cats/kittens come with 30 days of free post-adoption support to Petcademy's team of trainers and behaviorists, as well as access to online materials to help settle your new furbaby into your home.

Apply to adopt: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/AAA/Cat

Alleycats & Aristocats's Adoption Policy
We screen applicants by checking at least 2 personal references and vet records/references. Application is provided via online Jotform. Renters will require authorization to make sure pets are permitted. Please allow our volunteers up to 48 hours to process all applications. To ensure healthy development, we do not adopt out single kittens under 4 months old unless there is already another cat in the home. Kittens learn essential behaviors from other felines, and early socialization reduces the risk of future behavioral issues.
