He previous owner abandoned her in an apartment with her roommate when she moved out with out any forwarding information. Her roommate tried to take her to his house, but his other kitties, just wouldn’t accept poor Cleo. Despite all of this moving around, Cleo is just happy to be cuddled and loved. She is very affectionate and is quite content to visit you in your lap.
