CLEO #1750n - Offered by Owner - Friendly Girl's Story

Cleo is smart, playful, friendly, curious, communicative, and loves to cuddle. She goes back and forth between napping in the sun (she loves to stay warm) and hunting her favorite toys. If there is a lap open (or occupied tbh), she will want to curl up in it. Cleo will hide from loud sounds (like vacuum cleaners), but otherwise is remarkably easygoing.

She took about 4 minutes to explore my apartment when I brought her home, and then was totally comfortable there for ever after. She warms up to strangers quickly and loves to socialize. She also has very soft fur. She makes Many cute sounds, including expressive little chirps. She will sometimes put her paws on your leg or meow to get your attention, but will generally stop after a few minutes if you aren’t able to play with her just then. She’s just checking in to see if you’re free! This cat has one of the healthiest attachment styles I've ever encountered.

She doesn't have any medical issues, but does have some mild allergies that have led her to her over-grooming her belly a little. You can't see it most of the time and it's been getting better since she's been on a limited-ingredient diet.

Cleo is an absolute treasure, and it's breaking my heart to let her go. Unfortunately, my health has taken a turn such that I'm no longer able to care for her. She's being fostered with a friend for now, but we're still looking for her new family. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, or to meet her. She really is just the best cat, and anyone would be lucky to have her as a companion. Cleo lives in Portland with her owner and her rehoming fee is $100

This cat is offered for adoption due to the owner's personal circumstances. For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the owner for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.

Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care.
