I unfortunately have been traveling and moving a lot in the past 5 years – 6 different houses. As I’m now retired, I do have plans to continue to travel. My previous cat (Peaches, 21 yrs) didn’t mind travel. Plus, I didn’t really travel much when I had her and was working.<br/><br/>I love Cleo and know these past few years have not been fair to her. She does not like to travel. Additionally, cats like to be settled in a place they can identify as their territory. Cleo is inherently a bit of a scaredy cat, so the different homes have been stressful for her – and for me because I worry about her.<br/><br/>She’s independent and will choose to sit on your lap. You do not choose to put her on your lap. But she does come and sit with you. She can be a bit feisty, especially when it comes to going to the vet. But overall, she’s a sweet little girl.<br/><br/>I’m looking for a loving household who will love her and provide a stable home.
