Clara and her siblings, Crystal and Mikey, came to ARC as young kittens trapped in a trap-neuter-release project. Although extremely shy and frightened, they had a tender and affectionate side to them. So... they went to foster, over time their personalities came out and now, still a bit shy, they warm up much faster and are soooooo sweet!<br/><br/>Clara is the most adventurous and brave of her three remaining littermates. She is the first to explore new places, venture towards new people and experience new situations. At her second foster home (moved to increase socialization), it only took her two days to start coming out to her foster family and getting to know them (Temptations helped!). Very soon after, she was a complete love bug!<br/><br/>Clara loves to give and receive affection, sit in laps and give kitty nose boops! She also likes belly rubs, on her terms of course. She is okay to be picked up and held for a moment, but does not like it for very long, she is a girl of action! She is also very playful, she enjoys toys and interactive play with both her siblings and with her people.<br/><br/>To top it all off, Clara is a bit vocal. When she gets excited, she will chirp and purr, SO cute! <br/><br/>Clara and her brother Mikey were adopted together, but after a big shift in the family (marriage, kids and a move), she had a hard time adjusting the the change. She seemed to do well with the kids and loved having her brother with her, but she was showing some signs of stress that the family could not manage.
