And she is just as adorable in 'purson'. She is very sweet and affectionate! This poor girl was dumped with 5 older kittens at someone's farm home. It must have been a relief for her to be rescued, because she slept really hard for a few days after arriving, but is wide eyed and a happy girl now! Claiborne is very affectionate and loving. She still has lots of kitten in her when she gets going with toys. Such a shame that she was dumped with her babies to fend for herself! She is a confident kitty&nbsp;who would prefer to be&nbsp;your only cat. &nbsp;She would probably do well with children as she is not too rattled with strange noises and lots of action! Can you show her that not all humans will dump their kitties but will instead make them a part of the family? Claiborne, girl, born approx. 2008. <br /><br />HELP Humane Society Inc. is a non-profit organization currently run by a small group of animal lovers in Cass County, MO (just south of Kansas City). All HELP animals are treated by veterinarians, receive age appropriate vaccinations, <span id='misspell-1' class='mark'>dewormed</span>, spayed/neutered and those incoming after Oct 2005, have been micro chipped. Cats have been <span id='misspell-2' class='mark'>FeLV</span>/<span id='misspell-3' class='mark'>FIV</span> tested and are negative unless otherwise stated. Dogs have been <span id='misspell-4' class='unmark'>heartworm</span> tested and are on <span id='misspell-5' class='unmark'>heartworm</span> preventative. HELP now has a no-kill shelter. HELP does not take in any owner relinquished animals. HELP rescues stray dogs and cats from the streets. We have been told by many adopters that the reason they liked adopting form us is because we have a happy place and all the cats are the friendliest ones they had ever met. HELP feels that ALL animal&rsquo;s are worth saving. We have many <span id='misspell-6' class='mark'>FIV</span> and <span id='misspell-7' class='mark'>FeLV</span>+ cats in our care. They will live with us until they end their life&rsquo;s journey or find a permanent home.
