Meet Citgo

Citgo. Yes, Citgo. Yes, like the gas station. Why? We dunno. Why not? You’re probably going to change it anyway. You’re just going to have to trust us that his personality is better than his name.

He’s a boy who knows what he wants and he’s not afraid to tell ya. If he’s hungry, he’ll tell ya.
If he wants pets, he’ll tell ya.
If he no longer wants pets, he’ll tell you that too.

We guess you could say he’s an excellent communicator. That’s a great quality in anyone! He will sometimes even strut around and vocalize with a toy stuffed in his mouth when he wants your attention, which, let’s face it, is absolutely freaking adorable.

He loooooves to eat and has yet to meet a food or treat that he didn’t like. Probably not a kitty that you can just leave a bowl down and free feed, lest you want to be aggressively shamed and scolded by your veterinarian for having a very L O R G E, very rollie pollie kitty cat.

He lived with another cat (our beautiful, adoptable Tulip! Go check her out!) but probably wouldn’t be an appropriate fit for a household with young children, cuz, well… sass. As far as dogs, we really aren’t sure! He probably wouldn’t hesitate to put one in their place. Proper intros and slow integration into the fold is always best!

THE BASICS:

Breed: domestic short hair

Approximate age: eh, like 6ish years.

Weight/size: pretty average for an adult male kitty!

Energy level: like, medium! Some chills, some thrills.

Cattitude: a healthy dose.

Citgo’s adoption fee is $150.00.

*A supplemental fee toward the cost of spay or neuter may be applicable, and would be paid directly to our veterinarian upon pickup from veterinary hospital at time of discharge.
