Meet Cirrus - Adopted

Cirrus: 4-year-old Male Neutered Seal Ragdoll.

Fostered by Nicole in Clayton, CA,
Contact Nicole at: (925) 435-5060 or email: nicolegrimstad@yahoo.com if you have additional questions. If you are interested in adopting this cat, please fill out an Adoption Application, which can be found at www.purebredsplus.org/our cats .

Cirrus came to us from the Marin Humane Society, and we are told he was surrendered by his owner who used him as a breeding stud. It’s no mystery why he was used this way, because of his naturally handsome aesthetic. Cirrus has long, soft, white and light grey fur that makes him look like a fluffy cloud. He is not just a beauty to behold, but such a love! Cirrus loves belly rubs and to cuddle up and watch a movie. He has been very friendly with his foster moms’ human children (ages 5 and 7), allowing them to love and brush him, and gets along well with the fur children (2 large dogs and 1 cat). His relaxed good nature gives the Ragdoll his name. He is a big, gentle cat with striking blue eyes who can get along with everyone, traits that make him adaptable to almost any home.

Cirrus’s previous owner said he had a urinary tract infection a few years ago, but the veterinarians that have examined him have determined that he does not have any current medical conditions and he has been litterbox perfect. Being a 15lb kitty with long hair does mean he will need to be brushed weekly, but he definitely enjoys his spa treatments!

Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue (purebredsplus.org), serving Northern California, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Northern Nevada, is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of purebred cats, kittens and other exceptional felines. We are a 501 (c)3 non-profit rescue group. Most of our beautiful felines come from Northern California Animal Shelters. One of our goals is to keep purebred cats from ever ending up in a shelter. We are happy to help you if you need to rehome your purebred cat. Often, we can offer advice if your cat is having behavioral problems, and you may end up keeping the cat. We do NOT ship cats. We will place cats out of area but you must arrange to come and meet your new friend in person.
