A great citizen stepped up, brought them in and fostered them while finding a spot for them to go.<br/><br/>She is now a social little girl who is looking to bring a family lots of joy. She is very playful, friendly, outgoing and she does better without young kids. Cipher is great on her own and would be just fine on her own or with another even tempered kitty. She really wants someone to love and to love her back. She is such a super sweet girl who loves belly rubs and is quiet for a week or two until she gets used to her new environment.
