Cipher's Story

I am 2.5-year-old Cipher (F-139). This is my second time at SCHS. My previous owner had to go into assisted living. I can sometimes be a little spicy but I am expected to calm right down in a home. I am vet checked, spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative!
