Cinco de Mayo- read her story!'s Story

Cinco, 1.5 years old

Cinco is a young, playful cat who had a rough start to life. She was dumped with her sister last winter - her sister was captured and shown the good indoor life on Christmas Eve, but it took until May 5th to capture Cinco - earning her name. Unfortunately she was quite pregnant at the time but was able to give birth in foster. Motherhood wasn't her favorite role, she's just a young girl herself, and she's ready to be out on her own, learning what the good life is like in her very own home!

Cinco is very sweet and likes to relax in her favorite spots, but she also likes to drape herself on your lap and get head scratches. She's likely around 1.5 years old so enjoys playing - wand toys, crinkle toys, and kickers. She also has a favorite fish stuffy that she carries around and brings to her person every day, complete with a vocal song as she carries it. Her current foster home is also where her two kittens live, and she loves to nap with them and groom them, but sometimes their super-kitten antics stress her out, and she will retreat to her safe chair to observe from a distance. She may do well with a cat friend her age given the right introduction, and older children as well.

Cinco is looking forward to being queen of a home, and of your life!
