Church's Story

Meet Church! Church came in through city impound. We believe he is around 2 years old! Church is a pretty shy kitty, but never shies away from love as long as you approach him first. He likes to snuggle with his feline buddies, and they have really helped Church come out of his shell. Although he has come a long ways since he came in, he still has a ways to go. He would do best in a quiet home, where they help Church become comfortable with his new environment. Our Mission

People For Pets is a non-profit organization devoted to finding loving homes for abandoned pets by dedicated volunteers who put in an average of 1,500 hours of service per month. We have an agreement with the City of Spencer, Iowa, to find homes for all stray cats and dogs not claimed within three business days. Before this...
